I did find a secret though.
If you hold the mouse button down for roughly 10 minutes straight the duck with die and float up to heaven and the game will end with a replay button.

I thought it was cute.

It really wasn't that great.
Oh sure it's actually stylized like you said (Which i noticed is, believe it or not, a rarity). That just doesn't change the point that the joke fell flat and wasn't very humorous.

The only thing in it that gave me a smirk was the reactions to the safe house, and that Francis looked little like he actually does in the game.
